Voting started in some parts of Lagos & other states
AT 1:50P.M Voting has begun in some areas in Lagos state .Not at scheduled time of 1P.M by INEC .

However, some major parts of Lagos only begun their accreditation process, confirmed news also say at 2:17P.M ; some areas in Borno, Yobe & Ogun states have commenced voting process.
