Hi guys.. Finally setting up & settling In-
so it’s really not “a piece of cake” building
online content and also making a transition from the physical business to
virtual online World; its like moving homes .. continue
It’s being a long and interesting journey. It’s almost 6
months of this online journey. I can’t but thank God for guidance and wisdom. At
first when I was thinking of moving my business online I thought it would be so
easily, ”well it wasn’t”.
From seeking
professional advice and consultation (which was expensive through), to surfing
and reading articles of young online business entrepreneurs like myself.
When I said it wasn’t easy, that’s because I looked up to a
number of bloggers doing this effortlessly; Linda a fore runner in the Nigerian
blogosphere, bellaNaija and SDK. All these and more entertainment bloggers that
I sometimes read through not just for their entertainment contents but for
their templates and layouts. It isn’t easy getting the information you need to
start.
I had to completely rely on foreign blogs and websites.
One of the biggest contributing sites would be the fashion
magazine house VOGUE, when I started reading their fashion content I was highly
inspired. I discovered fashion bloggers like myself and the flare grew even
bigger and brighter.
Interestingly, the things I have being able to do by just
reading and putting them to use every day is un-imaginable. Still at the early
stages like a baby, I have grown to understand the IT aspect of online blogging
and business. I can’t forget my guy, really a blessing in disguise Lolu who
helped me through every baby steps of discovering the virtual world.
Hopefully, you my readers would always find some words of encouragement
that relates to you in fashion, personal experiences & maybe more.
Till next time my darlyns … xo
