Former secretary of state Hilary Clinton will reportedly announce her second presidential campaign on 12 April. According to the Guardian, while traveling from New York to Iowa on Sunday, 67-year-old Hillary will reveal her candidacy not with a speech, but online to her 3.12 million Twitter followers.
The newspaper claims that Hillary "is scheduled to declare her second run for president on Twitter at noon eastern time on Sunday, followed by a video and email announcement, then a series of conference calls mapping out a blitzkrieg tour beginning in Iowa and looking ahead to more early primary states."
